Simply send us your design request using our contact form. Our experienced design team will review your requirements and get back to you with a custom design solution. Whether you already have a print-ready design or need a brand-new custom design created from scratch, our design service is completely FREE with your order.

Our graphics department will take care of processing your request which includes the following processes:
Creation of 1 preview based on the information provided by filling out the form;
Graphic optimization for product and print adaptation;
Realistic rendering made using 3D modeling software;
Further modifications and color variations if requested;
Dedicated and fast support;
It is not understood in the service, the cost of the product will be purchasable after completing the graphic creation process.

1. The best format to send logos and graphics is vector format (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF).

2. If you don't have a vector file (usually the person who created your logo will have it), you can send your logo or artwork in the highest resolution possible (300 DPI or higher).

3. You can also submit a completed project in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) format if available.

4. For the best editing experience, all elements within the project (logos, patterns, text, shapes, etc.) should be individually editable whenever possible.

5. If you only have a sketch, JPG, PNG, or any other image format, don't worry. Our design team can professionally recreate and redraw your artwork while maintaining the original style and details.

6. If your logo or artwork is low resolution, we can recreate it in high quality for the best possible print results, ensuring a sharp and professional finish.

Yes! You can send us your AI-generated sketch or artwork without any problem.

Please note that AI-generated designs are often highly detailed and may not always take production and printing requirements into account. Our design team will carefully review your artwork and, if necessary, simplify or optimise certain elements while preserving the original style as closely as possible.

Recreating and preparing AI-generated designs for production can require significant time and expertise. However, we provide this service completely FREE of charge with your order, ensuring your design is ready for high-quality manufacturing and printing.

We usually reply to you in a few hours if we have to ask you for any additional information.
For the graphic elaboration however, depending on the complexity it can take approx within 1 - 3 working days.
